The product itself was fine, so I can’t really complain too much there. But returning it ended up being way more annoying than I thought it would be. I had to go back and forth over email, and the instructions weren’t exactly clear, so I spent more time figuring it out than I wanted to. It also took a while before I got any real update. To be fair, someone did help me eventually and the return got handled, but the whole process was frustrating enough that I’d probably think twice before ordering again

I picked this up thinking it might be a cheaper way to get that super smooth feeling I usually have after a spa microderm facial. It’s not terrible, but it didn’t really come close for me.
The suction felt kind of uneven on different parts of my face, and after using it a few times I didn’t notice a huge difference. My skin was maybe a little softer, but I didn’t get that fresh glow I get from a pro treatment.
Maybe other people will have better luck with it, but for me it felt more like a basic skincare gadget than an actual spa replacement. I was kinda dissapointed, especially for the price...

The item itself was okay, thankfully, so I’ll give them that. But the packaging looked beat up when it arrived, one corner of the box was crushed and the tape was already coming loose. For the price, I kind of expected it to show up looking a little less like it had been tossed around all day.

I made sure it was fully charged, so that wasn’t the issue, but the suction still felt really weak. It barely did anything for me, and I wasn’t worried about any updates or settings, just expected it to work better right out of the box.

I bought this because the website made it sound like it could really help fade acne scars, or at least improve the look of them a little. But then the instructions and results felt kind of confusing because the site says one thing, and my skin basically did another. I used it consistently for weeks like I was supposed to, and all I ended up with was redness and dry patches.
For the price, I expected to see at least some kind of change, even a small one, but my scars look the same. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just wasn’t worth it. Disappointing overall

I feel like this used to work better for me. I’ve been using it once a week, but my blackheads are still pretty much there, so I’m a bit disappointed.

I’ve been waiting on warranty support for a while now, and the issue still isn’t fixed. Maybe I’m just being impatient, but it feels like this is taking longer than it should.

It worked the first time, which was nice, but after that I couldn’t get it to do anything again. The results were all over the place, and it made me wonder if that first try was just a fluke.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now i don’t see any difference in my dark spots. They look pretty much the same, which is disappointing. I really wanted this to work, but if I don’t start seeing results soon, I’ll probably switch to something else.

The battery just doesn’t hold up. It barely makes it through one use before it’s dead, which is annoying.

I’ve found it easy to clean after each use. It only takes a few minutes, so it’s not a big hassle. The filters are sorta the only part I wish were a little easier to rinse out

I liked it overall, but using a higher setting right away was unnecessary. My cheeks got a little irritated after the first use, so now I just keep it on a lower setting and it’s been totally fine.
